Automotive Market Surveys Planned

National Automotive Fleets in Africa Can Be Exceptionally Diverse

Beginning in June 2011, Nuevva commenced its first commercial automotive market surveys, covering light vehicles in the west African country of Mali.  The first survey results were only available to a restricted group.

In 2012, Nuevva will launch commercially available Country Automotive Surveys.  Starting with the rapidly expanding markets of Burkina Faso, Côte d’Ivoire, and Mali, these surveys will offer the reader otherwise inaccessible information that creates an accurate image of the country’s existing automotive market, new market opportunities, current actor profiles, and missing elements.

Nuevva compiles its Country Automotive Surveys in collaboration with key local players, international import and export statistics, official customs statistics, and first-hand empirical survey sampling.  For a recent study in Africa, Nuevva physically examined more than one thousand active vehicles to determine the source and health of turbo components in that market.

Country Automotive Surveys will be available through subscription or individual order.  Included data features:

  • Fleet Size
  • Largest Single Fleet
  • Market Share by Brand
  • Market Share by Segment
  • Suppliers by Brand
  • Average Stock Levels by Supplier
  • Narrative Information and Summaries on Suppliers
  • Supplier Market Reputation
  • Supplier Sales and Marketing Strategies
  • Key Market Sales (Largest Deals)
  • Automotive Tax Structure
  • Fuel Analysis
  • Parts and Service Availability Data
  • Secondary (Grey, Second-Hand) Import Data
  • Consumer Brand Recognition

The objective of Nuevva African Country Automotive Surveys is to place all relevant market information in the hands of key market players.  Contact info@nuevva.org to learn more.
